The Kartal Distribution – CAD Design Terms & Conditions

Free CAD Design Policy
The Kartal Distribution offers up to three (3) complimentary CAD designs per customer, per project. These designs are intended to assist in visualizing branding placement and styling on our headwear range.

Design Fee After Free Limit
Should additional CAD designs be requested beyond the three (3) complimentary designs, a design fee of R250.00 per CAD will apply.

Approval & Payment

  • All CADs are considered drafts until approved by the customer in writing.

  • Once approved, production will only commence upon full payment of the confirmed quote.

  • CAD revisions that result from a change in brief (e.g., different logo, placement, or cap style) will count as a new CAD.

Turnaround Time
Standard CAD turnaround is 1–2 working days from receipt of all required branding information. This may vary depending on project complexity.

Ownership & Usage
All CAD designs remain the intellectual property of The Kartal Distribution and are not to be reproduced, distributed, or shared with third parties without prior written consent.
