Refund Policy
Returns and Refunds
Should you wish to return your product, please do so within 10 working days of your purchase. Request for Returns can be emailed to info@thekartal.com along with your original invoice and reason for the return.
Once we have received the inspected product and validated your return, we will refund your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return. We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged or not in its original packaging.
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange a product, please email us notifying us of your exchange within 10 days after your purchase. We will then arrange collection and redeliver your new item. Exchanges are only applicable to products that are returned undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.
Vouchers and Coupons
All coupon codes can be inserted during your checkout process before payment is calculated. Should you wish you receive your discount, please enter the discount code on step 2 of your checkout process. Vouchers are also redeemable in store or online.
