Once your order has been placed your product should arrive within 3-5 working days. For time sensitive orders, please contact us to make alternative arrangements. You will receive a email notifying you when your order has left the warehouse.
Should you wish to return your product, please do so within 10 working days of your purchase. All returns need to be followed up with an email informing us of your return to info@thekartal.com.
We will then collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will refund your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return. We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged or not in its original packaging.
Should you wish to exchange a product, please email us notifying us of your exchange within 10 days after your purchase. We will then arrange collection and redelivery of your new item. Exchanges are only applicable to products that are returned undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.
All headwear on the Headgame store is one-size-fits-all.
All coupon codes can be inserted during your checkout process before payment is calculated. Should you wish you receive your discount, please enter the discount code on step 2 of your checkout process. Vouchers are also redeemable in store or online. Should you wish to redeem a voucher, please email us so that we can generate a discount code for you to insert during checkout.
Headgame is run by The Kartal Distribution. Should you see this name appear during your checkout or when dealing with returns, please note that they are the licensed distributors for Headgame products in South Africa.
Your 1st delivery includes the following items:
1x Aluminium refill tin per person – this refill tin should be kept and refilled from your refill pouch when empty.
180 Bits per person in our Oxo-biodegradable refill pouch (we do provide extra for those months that have 31 days)
Refills are delivered every three months after the successful transfer of funds.

Yes! Our tablets are ready to fly, plus you'll never have to worry about a toothpaste tube exploding in your bag on flights or road trips ever again.
Yes, our toothpaste tablets are fluoride free and safe to swallow (although we would recommend spitting after brushing as you would any other toothpaste). We would not recommend our product to children under 3 years old as our product is a small chewable tablet, it could become a choking hazard. For children under 3, please crush Bits into powder and dip wet toothbrush bristles into powder for brushing.
