Returns and Refunds

Should you wish to return your product, please do so within 10 working days of your purchase.

Request for Returns can be emailed to the sales representative you dealt with, along with your original invoice and reason for the return. If you did not deal with a specific sales representative, please email info@thekartal.com.

Once we have received the inspected product and validated your return, we will refund your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return. We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged or not in its original packaging.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange a product, please email the sales representative you dealt with notifying us of your exchange within 10 days after your purchase. If you did not deal with a specific sales representative, please email info@thekartal.com.

The customer is responsible for the delivery and collection costs associated with an exchange. Should we need to arrange collection and redelivery on the customer's behalf, these courier costs will be charged to the customer.

Exchanges are only applicable to products that are returned undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.

Vouchers and Coupons

All coupon codes can be inserted during your checkout process before payment is calculated. Should you wish you receive your discount, please enter the discount code on step 2 of your checkout process.

Vouchers are also redeemable in store or online. Should you wish to redeem a voucher, please email us so that we can generate a discount code for you to insert during checkout.
