How to Order?

STEP 1 
VISIT OUR WEBSITE

 
 
Wholesale is categorised as a purchase of 4 or more units. If you wish to purchase fewer units, please select the "Shop Retail" button and you will be redirected to our retail website. 

STEP 2
CREATE AN ACCOUNT 

 
  • Select either the announcement bar at the top of the page or the little profile icon on the top right.

  • If you are an existing customer, feel free to login. If you are new, welcome! Please select "Create Account".
 
If you are an existing customer and already have an account, please feel free to login or ignore this step! However, if you are migrating over from our DEAR platform, you will need to create a new account. 

STEP 3
PRODUCT SELECTION

 
  • Once you have created an account, you will be redirected to our home page.

  • From here, you may select a category from the drop down menus above.  

  • Select your category and browse our wide range of excellent products.

  • Found something you like? Great! Select it and choose your quantity. You will notice a minimum of 4 units is required. 

  • Once selected, you may choose either "Add to Cart" or "Buy it Now"

  • If you have chosen to add to cart, your cart will open, allowing you to view cart or check out. 

STEP 4
COLLECT OR DELIVER

 
  • In your cart, you may double check your product selection and quantities to ensure you get everything you need! 

  • Once you're happy with your selection, click the check out button to proceed.

  • You will be redirected to the shipping tab, where you will fill out your delivery information.

  • Once filled out, select "Continue to Shipping".

If you wish to collect your order, please ignore the above steps and simply select the "Pick Up" option at the top of the page, where the collection address will be provided.

STEP 5
PAYMENT OPTIONS

 
  • Once shipping has been determined, you will need to select your preferred method of payment.  

    OPTION 1

  • If you wish to pay instantly via an online card payment, select the "Paystack" option.

  • You may then fill out your card details and complete your transaction. 

    OPTION 2 
     
  • If you wish to pay via an EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer), please select the "Bank Deposit" option. 

  • Finally, complete your order! 

If you have chosen to pay via EFT, the banking details will be provided once the order has been complete. You will be redirected one final time where you will receive your confirmation.

If you forgot to check the bank details, no worries! You will receive a confirmation email allowing you to "View Your Order", where the details will be provided again.
